On February 01, 2019 the delegation of Toshkent Physicians’ Continuing Education Institute, consisting of the rector, professor H.A. Akilov and the dean of Clinical Residency, Dr. habil. of Medicine G.S. Halimbetov, visited Kursk state medical university.
Within the visit the delegation of Toshkent Physicians’ Continuing Education Institute took part in the meeting with the university administration in the conference room of KSMU with the participation of: the Rector of KSMU, professor V.A. Lazarenko, the vice rector for educational activities and general affairs, professor P.V. Kalutsky, the vice-rector for continuous education and international cooperation, professor I.G. Komissinskaya, the vice-rector for research and innovation development, associate professor P.V. Tkachenko, the head of the Administration for international relations Yu.Sh. Iobidze and the rectorate advisor, Honorary Consul of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka in Kursk — Chahine Mohamad Tufik.
The issues of international cooperation organisation in the field of the educational exchange of teachers and residents, the development and implementation of cooperative scientific and educational programs were discussed at the meeting. Consequently, the agreement on the educational exchange of residents was signed.
Besides, during the visit, the delegation took part in the international research-to-practice conference “Training of Health Personnel and Digital Educational Environment”, dedicated to the 84th anniversary of KSMU and also visited the laboratory of “Interactive training” in the Centre of Accreditation and Simulation Education.
Based on the feed-back from the visit, the guests from Toshkent Physicians’ Continuing Education Institute expressed profound gratitude and confidence in the effective international cooperation between our educational organizations.
