On March 12, 2019 under the cooperation agreement, made with KSMU in 2018, the delegation from Meiningen (Germany) visited the university, including: the burgomaster of Meiningen Fabian Hister, the deputy burgomaster on international cooperation Claus Schpitz, the chief of Meiningen educational establishment Sabina Gro and the deputy chief of Meiningen educational establishment Alexandra Gro.

The meeting with the Administration of the university, headed by the rector of KSMU professor V.A. Lazarenko, took place in KSMU conference-hall. The vice-rector for educational activities and general affairs professor P.V. Kalutsky, the vice-rector for continuous education and international cooperation professor I.G. Komissinskaya, the vice-rector for research and innovation development associate professor P.V. Tkachenko, the vice-rector for clinical work and regional health development associate professor A.A. Stepchenko, the vice-rector for educational work, social development and public relations associate professor T.A. Shulgina, the Honorary Consul of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka in Kursk, the Rectorate advisor M.T. Chahine, the head of the administration for international relations Yu. Sh. Iobidze, the dean of the international faculty Yu. D. Lyashev, the dean of the     faculty of clinical psychology, social work and economics and management professor T.D. Vasilenko also participated in the meeting.

At the meeting the parties discussed the results of the practical training, had been passed by the students of KSMU in   social institutions of Meiningen, outlined the ways of further cooperation.

During the visit the delegation visited the laboratory of “Interactive Training” of the center of accreditation and simulation education where the guests were acquainted with the possibilities of gradual healthcare delivery.
