In 2020 Kursk state medical university has been included in the Moscow International University Ranking “Three University Missions”.
The ranking was created at the initiative of Russian, Chinese, Indian, Iranian, Turkish and Japanese leading universities. The ranking concept was extensively discussed in Russia and abroad involving more than 100 universities. The ranking expert council includes 25 experts from 16 countries.
In 2020 the ranking “Three University Missions” has become the most representational rating in the world – the number of the universities in the list rose up to 1500 for the first time. The 2020 ranking involved 97 countries including 101 Russian educational establishments of higher education, 16 of which are medical universities.
Moscow International University Ranking is a brand new academic top list that is the first to rate all the three university missions: education, science and interaction with society.
As ranked, KSMU was included in:
– the interval group 1401-1500 in the world rating;
– the interval group 87-101 among Russian universities.
