On April 3, 2021, KSMU IMI hosted a large festive concert “Sanskriti”, dedicated to the ancient Indian spring festival of Sanskriti.
Kursk State Medical University has 680 students from India.
Students of the International Medical Institute from India were congratulated by: Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India in Russia Mr. Venkatesh Varma, Rector of KSMU, Professor Viktor A. Lazarenko, Director of the IMI, Associate Professor Shehine Mohamad Toufic, a representative of PC Singh’s partner recruitment firm.
The solemn concert was attended by Indian students who are in Kursk, as well as the guys who are currently in their homeland, but they did not stay away and pleased with their bright colorful performances right from India!
There were traditional songs, poems, prose, and of course, like bright tropical spring flowers, everyone was pleased with Indian folk dances. The concert program gave a great mood to all the participants and the audience.
As part of the work of the Student Council on Interethnic and Students from Sri Lanka, Nigeria, Malaysia and Russia presented their numbers to the interfaith issues of KSMU.
