On April 20, 2021, on the initiative of the KSMU Rector Professor Deputy of the Kursk Regional Duma V.A. Lazarenko, volunteer students of the International Medical Institute participated in the “Green Spring” campaign of the All-Russian political party “United Russia”.
Students from India, Malaysia, Nigeria, Sri Lanka and Brazil have planted 25 red-leaved apple seedlings. This was an exciting action for international students, and made them proud for participating in such an amazing historical event.
Young trees were planted at the monument “Poklonny Krest” (memorial cross) of the Cheremisinovsky district, which is a symbol of the memory of all the soldiers who defended the Russian land.
