Dear students and staff members!

Currently, the epidemic situation for the new coronavirus infection COVID-19 in the Russian Federation remains unfavorable. Recently, there has been an increase in disease cases among young people and children.

Vaccination is the most effective and economically feasible way to prevent infectious diseases and receive protection against epidemics.

Currently, 4 vaccines have been registered in the Russian Federation for the prevention of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19: Gam-COVID-Vac (trade name Sputnik V), EpiVacCorona, CoviVac and Sputnik Light.

In order to create herd immunity and prevent the further spread of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19, the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation asks to organize vaccination against the new coronavirus infection COVID-19 of students and employees of educational organizations before the start of the academic year, primarily those sent for practical training in medical organizations, including medical organizations, in which structural units of educational organizations (clinical bases) are located.

At the same time, please, note that vaccination against COVID-19 is carried out in accordance with the instructions for the use of each immunobiological drug for immunoprophylaxis. All vaccines registered in accordance with the established procedure are intended for vaccination of persons over 18 years old (upon that the vaccines Gam-COVID-Vac, GAM-COVID-VAC-Lio, EpiVacCorona – over 18 years old, Sputnik Light – from 18 up to 60 years old; “CoviVac” vaccine – 18-59 years old).
