Students of the International Medical Institute of KSMU, accompanied by teachers Altukhova V.A., Gladysheva A.V., Luneva M.K. and Strelkova O.S. visited one of the oldest theaters in Kursk – the I.V. Selivanov Youth Theater “Rovesnik”. For students of the Russian language, such experience is especially important, because it allows them to update the knowledge gained in the classroom, prepares them to enter into communication. The good tradition of visiting the theater this time continued with watching a play based on the play by the modern playwright Yasmina Reza. This social comedy, brilliantly interpreted by the actors of the Kursk Youth Theater, makes us think about important issues for every modern person, which did not leave the IMI students indifferent.
Besides the colorful characters and fascinating acting, the students appreciated the pleasant chamber atmosphere of the youth Theater “Rovesnik”, talked with other spectators and theater workers. Such cultural leisure undoubtedly contributes to the successful socio-cultural adaptation of foreign students. A visit to the theater is a bright impression that will remain in the memory for a long time.
The students of the International Medical Institute expressed their desire to visit the Kursk Youth Theater “Rovesnik” in future and to watch for sure other performances performed by its wonderful team.
