FASCINATING EXCURSION TO THE PLANETARIUM BY STUDENTS OF IMI KSMU AND GUESTS FROM UZBEKISTAN

The beauty and mystery of stars have always attracted people from different countries, so foreign students of the International Medical Institute of KSMU from Malaysia, Maldives and guests – students from Uzbekistan – with great interest took part in a fascinating excursion to the planetarium of Kursk.

The modern projector in the planetarium allowed the guys to see the starry sky, the Milky Way, the Solar System with the movement of all the planets in orbits, meteorite flights and the contours of constellations. It was very interesting to observe natural phenomena: northern lights, stargazing.

With special attention students listened to the story about the first conquerors of space: dogs Belka and Strelka, the first cosmonaut of the planet Earth Yuri Gagarin, the first woman cosmonaut V. Tereshkova.

The excursion ended with a walk along the snow-covered Sonina Street and, of course, taking pictures to remember📸
