In the period from November 4 to November 9, 2021, the championship of the Central Federal District in classical triathlon among juniors was held in Tula on the basis of the sports school of the Olympic reserve “Yunost”. Our university and the city of Kursk were represented by the captain of the KSMU powerlifting team, candidate for Master of Sports in powerlifting Fedin Daniil (3rd year medical and Preventive faculty). In a hard struggle, Daniil took the honorable third place in the weight category up to 83 kg among juniors aged 19-23 with a result of 550 kg.
We congratulate Daniil on his successful performance at the federal level competitions and wish him further sports victories!!!
