This holiday is especially important for us, Russians, as the current year 2024 has been declared the Year of Family by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin!
I wish that our families become stronger, more numerous and happier, that health, peace and well-being accompany us always and every new day brings only joyful news!
The medical family is a special phenomenon. United by a common cause – treating people, and often – and common interests, hobbies, hardened by frequent duty and plenty of work, many medical families are characterized by a special strength of relations, a special strength of spiritual ties.
From such families grow dynasties, in which the skill of a doctor is passed from generation to generation from a young age. And such families, whose total length of service can be measured in centuries, are the cornerstone, the foundation of the medical community.
And the vast medical community of our university: faculty, students, residents, postgraduates, our alumni in dozens of countries around the world – this is also one big family, the main value of which is to be on guard of people’s health.
To be a member of this family, to be respected in it is a great honor for a doctor of any rank. Our university creates all opportunities for this professional family to be replenished with new talented, educated and well-mannered doctors, to grow, strengthen and make the life of people around happy and joyful!
