On August 29, 2022, the Rector of KSMU, Professor V.A. Lazarenko held a meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka Janitha A Liyanage and Vice-Chancellor, Senior Professor of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka Sudantha Susila Lekam Vasam Liyanage at Kursk State Medical University.
The issues of training and stay of foreign students at KSMU, areas of cooperation in the field of science and education, prospects for development of cooperation in the field of implementation of educational programs in Biotechnology, Dentistry, and the possibilities of academic exchange were considered at the meeting.
