The webinar was devoted to the prevention and combating of professional burnout. The speaker was career counselor of KSMU Career Center Elina Romanovna Kupriyanova.
Students learned what professional burnout is, how to recognize it and what leads to it. Elina Romanovna told in detail about the stages of burnout and how to protect oneself at each stage.
The listeners received effective recommendations on tools and ways to combat professional burnout, learned about ways of self-prophylaxis and the role of supervision in the formation and preservation of professional health of each specialist.
