On February 14-17, 2024 in the IMI KSMU the first international chess tournament was held. This game unites many countries of the world and strengthens friendship between our students. Students from India, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan took part in the battle of wits. The tournament was organized and conducted by the tutor of the department of socio-cultural adaptation of IMI KSMU M.V. Dugina.
The chess tournament was held according to the Olympic system – by the method of drawing lots with individual-team scoring. The game process was intense. The most exciting moment was the final game between the winners.
