KSMU entered the RUR reputation ranking, having taken:
- 825th place in the global rating;
- 83rd place among Russian universities;
- 6th place among medical universities in Russia.
Reputation is one of the hardest things to measure. The reputation is influenced by many factors – the entire activity of the university in every aspect affects its power both in the country and in the world.
In its methodology, the RUR reputation rating is based on two indicators similar to the RUR World University Ranking methodology:
- Reputation of teachers (50%);
- Reputation of research workers (50%).
In total, the opinion of 70 thousand respondents was examined in the rating reputation survey for 2021.
The average respondent is a representative of the academic sector: academic teaching staff (72%), research workers (13%), university administration (13%), postgraduate students (3%) and other positions (5%).
The average work experience of a respondent is from 17 to 20 years.
