In anticipation of Nigeria’s Independence Day (October 1st), Nigerian students IMI KSMU gathered on September 30th, 2023, in Lecture Hall N4 of the Pharmaceutical Building at KSMU for a movie night. They watched the historical film “Invasion 1897,” which tells the story of Nigeria’s formation and the liberation of African countries from the colonial oppression of Britain. The event was attended by the director of the International Medical Institute KSMU, M.T. Chahine, as well as staff members of KSMU. Professor V.A. Lazarenko, the rector of Kursk State Medical University, congratulated the Nigerian students on Nigeria’s Independence Day and sincerely wished them good health and prosperity for Nigeria.
