PANEL DISCUSSION WITH COVID-19 HEADQUARTERS COORDINATORS

On the eve of the celebration of the International Volunteer Day, a panel discussion was held with the coordinators of
the Covid-19 Headquarters of KSMU. Coordinators of various directions of the Covid-19 headquarters, participants of the “Moving Up” School, as well as students of KSMU in a
distanceformat were present at this meeting. and questions of interest to the participants of the meeting. Everyone who came could ask questions to the coordinators, which, of course, made them one step closer to volunteering.

The speakers of the discussion

were: Yulia YuryevnaChalykh – coordinator for work with the OBUZ KGB No. 1 named after N. S. Korotkova, 6th year student of group 15 of the Faculty
of GeneralMedicine. Drannikov Maxim Aleksandrovich – coordinator of media support for the work of the “Volunteers-doctors” department, coordinator for work with KGDP No. 5, 6th year student of group 13
of the medical faculty.Kolesnikova Elena Nikolaevna – coordinator for work with Kursk city hospital № 3, vaccination center in MegaGreen, 6th year student of the medical faculty. And also the coordinator of the direction “assistance in medical organizations” VMIvanykinaValentina
Mikhailovna – coordinator in the direction of interaction with OOO “KURSKFARM”, a 6th year student of the 6th group of the medical faculty.
Zhukova Nadezhda Andreevna – coordinator for work with car volunteers, a 6th year student of the 2nd group of the pediatric faculty.

The coordinators shared their experience with novice volunteers and gave them the opportunity to learn a little more about their direction. This format of meetings of senior and junior volunteers will become traditional in the future, which will ensure the continuity of volunteer activities.
The event was held taking into account the epidemiological situation: the participants were wearing masks and kept a social distance.
