In order to increase the availability of medical care to the population and optimize the work of medical organizations, the Association “Council of Rectors of Medical and Pharmaceutical Higher Educational Establishments” decided to submit proposals to the Ministry of Health on the modernization of primary health care.
A working group for proposal development was created, which included rectors of ten leading medical universities in the country, including Rector Professor of Kursk State Medical University Viktor Anatolyevich Lazarenko.
