On April 4, 2024 in Medico-Pharmaceutical College of KSMU the VIII All-Russian scientific-practical conference of professional educational organizations “Step into the Future” was held. Vasily Petrovich Gavrilyuk, Vice-Rector for Educational Activities and General Affairs, and Irina Viktorovna Tolkacheva, Director of the Medical and Pharmaceutical College, gave a welcoming speech to the participants of the conference.
The conference was attended by representatives of more than 50 professional educational organizations and profile classes of schools in Kursk and Kursk region, Yalta, Tambov, Irkutsk, Donetsk, Makeyevka, Saransk, Alapaevsk, Cheboksar, Tobolsk, Almetyevsk, Omsk, Ishim, Yekaterinburg, Stary Oskol, Tula, Moscow, Tver, Tyumen, Smolensk, Novosibirsk, Ryazan, Voronezh, Orel.
The aim of the conference was to create conditions for the development of research activities of students, to reveal their scientific and creative potential, to provide a platform for free exchange of opinions of all participants, as well as to assist in professional self-determination.
The scientific student conference was held on 16 sectional platforms in a hybrid format. The greatest interest among the participants was aroused by the following issues: modernization of the medical industry, issues of practical pharmacy, organization of professional and preventive activities of medical workers, healthy lifestyle and risk factors of health disorders, prevention of negative phenomena in the youth environment, issues of youth policy and student self-governance.
According to the results of the scientific-practical conference an electronic collection of materials will be published with subsequent inclusion in the system of the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI).
