The Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation informs about the possibility of applying for training in Azerbaijan.
Within the framework of the project “Study in Azerbaijan” the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan has created an official website for foreign students to apply for study in Azerbaijan – portal.edu.az.
Through this website, everyone may register, choose a university of interest, a specialty and apply for free.
As of 2022, 50 state and private higher education institutions in Azerbaijan offer 150 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree and doctoral programmes. More information on the educational system, higher education institutions, scholarships, migration regulations, student life and other issues relating to the education of foreign students in Azerbaijan may be found at www.studyinazerbaijan.edu.az.
