On January 11, in the Department of Operative Surgery and Topographic Anatomy named after Professor A.D. Myasnikov thesis defence of 4th year students was held.The event was attended by members of the SNK named after G.E. Ostroverkhova, teachers of the department, as well as remotely representatives of the developer of the interactive table “Pirogov” (LLC “Development” Samara n.m. Gvozdkova and G.R. Akhmadiyeva).
Seven reports were devoted to an in-depth analysis of the possibility of using the state program “Three-dimensional interactive anatomical atlas of normal and pathological anatomy of the human body” Pirogov anatomy “, designed to study the course of topographic anatomy.
Discussion of these works aroused great interest among those present. Speakers showed the expediency of its use for students to master complex issues of topographic and clinical anatomy.
No less interesting were the works devoted to the morphology of the inguinal ligament in different age groups, the treatment of trophic ulcers, the development of manual skills using the Microworld and Neurobox simulators.
A series of works (10) was devoted to the comprehensive study of polymer matrices based on collagen of various origins (Head-assistant A.A. Denisov). The direction of research, linked with regenerative medicine and tissue engineering, is of great importance in our university.
Teachers and students unanimously supported the continuation of scientific research.
