The conference was opened by the Director of INO, Head of the Department of Pharmaceutical, Toxicological and Analytical Chemistry, Doctor of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Associate Professor Lekso Lorikovich Kvachakhia.
Rector, Honored Physician of the Russian Federation, Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Surgery of INO, Deputy of the Kursk Regional Duma of the VII convocation, Honorary Citizen of Kursk Viktor Anatolievich Lazarenko made a welcoming speech to the participants of the conference.
With the welcoming speech to the participants of the conference also addressed: Vice-rector on scientific work and innovative development of KSMU Doctor of medical sciences, professor Vyacheslav Alexandrovich Lipatov and Vice-rector on medical activity and development of regional health care of KSMU Natalia Sergeyevna Meshcherina.
At the plenary session 4 reports were heard. On May 22, 17 symposiums of the conference were held at the bases of the departments of KSMU, where scientific researches were reported in 217 oral reports and 33 poster reports.
According to the results of the conference the collection of materials included in the system of the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) will be published. The electronic version of the publication will be made publicly available on the conference website and on the portal of the scientific library eLIBRARY.ru.
