In spite of the autumn weather in our city, foreign students of the International Medical Institute of KSMU are always glad to share high spirits and cultural background of their countries.
On November 7, 2020 virtual cultural event “One and Only Malaysia” was held.
Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture in Malaysia Ms. Dato’ Sri Hajah Nancy Haji Shukri, His Excellency Ambassador to the Russian Federation, Republic of Armenia and Republic of Belarus Dato’ Bala Chandran Tharman, Rector of Kursk State Medical University professor V.A. Lazarenko, Director of the International Medical Institute associate professor M.T. Chahine, the Chairman of the Committee on Education and Science of Kursk region N.A. Parkhomenko, the Chairman of the Committee for Youth Policy of Kursk region S.A. Kotlyarov, the Chairman of the Culture Committee of Kursk region Ju.N. Poletykina and etc.
The new style of the event gave the audience an opportunity to see the extraordinary beauty of Malaysia, meet the inimitable culture, exotics, customs and traditions of this multiethnic country.
