VOLUNTEER UNIT #WEARETOGETHER CONTINUES TO WORK AT KSMU
29th September 2022

Since September 2022, the volunteer unit #WeAreTogether of KSMU has resumed its work. The tasks related to socio-psychological assistance to servicemen and mobilized citizens, as well as their families, were added to the main directions.

Rector of KSMU Professor Victor Anatolyevich Lazarenko together with the trade union committee of employees organized the collection of humanitarian aid to defenders of the borders of the Kursk region. All employees of KSMU responded and took part in the fundraising.

As a result, the first batch of aid was transported to the border – these are items of everyday demand.

Military personnel are fully staffed, but at the border there is no opportunity to purchase things and accessories of everyday demand, and they are spent very quickly.

Kursk State Medical University will continue to provide assistance to our defenders by delivering necessary supplies to the locations. Fighters warmly accepted our help and expressed gratitude to the rector and all employees of our university!
