On March 11, 2024, a wonderful event – India Culture Day was held at Kursk State Medical University.
The event was attended by representatives of the Embassy of India in the Russian Federation: First Secretary of the Embassy, Head of the Department of Economy and Commerce, Mr. Ved Prakash Singh, Second Secretary of the Department of Economy and Commerce, Mr. Rohit Nema, Deputy of the Kursk City Assembly of the VII Convocation, President of the Joint Stock Non-Profit Organization of Indian-Russian Commonwealth and Cultural Communication, Mr. Singh Abhay Kumar.
Our university often organizes concerts and evenings of national culture for the adaptation of foreign students, where students can demonstrate their talents.
The event dedicated to Indian Culture Day was attended by faculty members, university staff, invited guests and students of different courses of KSMU. Incendiary dances, favorite Indian melodies, colorful national costumes – all this clearly demonstrated the unique flavor of the great country.
At this event diplomats from India also shared with the students their interesting stories about their professional activities and wished them interesting and productive training.
We wish further successful cooperation between KSMU and India!
